1 am directed by the Juke of Devonshire to inform you that, subject to your being prosed by the Medical Advicer of this Department as physically fit for service, he proposes to select you for probationery appointment as an Assistant Histress in the Education Department of liong Kong, with salary at the rate of
£300 a year, rising by annual increments of £20 to £340 a year,
Free quarters are not provided. if quarters are provided by Government a dediction of 6% will be made from your salary.
2.
